Helen partners with private equity firms, their portfolio companies, executive management teams, and investment bankers to provide pre- and post-close transaction services and finance support, including Quality of Earnings analysis, revenue recognition assessments, ARR and retention metric analysis, and net working capital reviews.
She has particular expertise assisting clients with the acquisition of founder-led businesses, as well as advising founder-led companies seeking to sell or raise their first institutional capital. In these situations, she works closely with leadership teams and their investment partners to deliver high-quality, robust sell-side Quality of Earnings analyses that support a smooth process and defensible adjusted revenue and EBITDA.
